Going Google - Leading the Way

Last weekend, Google held a huge online conference called Education on Air. It was an absolutely brilliant day and a resounding success. Tens of thousands of people signed up to watch over 100 sessions hosted by educators, administrators, trainers and students from all around the world. Most sessions I jumped into were being watched live by 200+ people.

I was lucky enough to be asked to deliver a presentation about migrating to Google. It was titled 'Going Google - Leading the Way'. In the session, I go over the four stages that I think lay down the foundations for a good transition to Google Apps for Education. You can watch the full session below. I'd love to hear your thoughts. Below the video you'll find a link to the session materials.

You can find the session materials here.

Don't forget you can catch all the other sessions on demand at One of my favourites was Oli Trussell's session on Using Forms for Assessment and Communication.
